A necessidade de oferecer uma opção com viabilidade política e eleitoral para Bacuri- MA. Não estamos disputando eleição para marcar posição. Temos seguramente as melhores propostas para a nossa cidade.

Tem a marca da militância, no início um pouco tímida, todavia cada vez mais aguerrida com o desenvolvimento das estratégias política. Temos consciência que enfrentaremos a enorme desproporção de meios, de instrumentos e de recursos financeiros. No entanto, tentaremos superar toda essas desigualdades colocando sempre a política a frente do eleitoral.

Jorge Enfermeiro diz sempre que não somente colocamos a política à frente do eleitoral, como também a história a frente da política. Confiamos na força mobilizadora do povo cada vez mais excluído das decisões políticas, dos trabalhadores desmobilizados pelo cooptação dos governos e da juventude indignada com tanta corrupção. Temos plena consciência que a o caminho é pela luta, e que será um marco na história política de Bacuri Maranhão e contribuirá fortemente para a retomada e para o fortalecimento dos movimentos sociais e populares.

A nossa estratégia tem sido a uma só tempo crítica e propositiva.  Á medida que criticamos formulamos nossas propostas. “Descentralizaremos a Prefeitura com a criação de Administrações Regionais para descentralização dos recursos e as políticas públicas, levar a prefeitura para mais perto do povo e assegurar maior participação popular. Esta proposta não é uma promessa nem um mero ponto de campanha. É uma idéia que transformemos em projeto apresentando à Câmara Municipal de Bacuri- MA".  

Exemplo: Na área da Saúde, entre outras metas, o fortalecimento das unidades básicas de saúde; a ampliação do número de leitos nos hospital municipal Bibi Montello a conclusão e redefinição da finalidade do hospital de urgência e emergência que ora apenas se inicia. Em relação ao saneamento, criaremos Serviço Autônomo de Água e Esgoto do Município e reestruturaremos a Secretaria do Meio Ambiente, que será responsável por uma nova coleta de lixo e limpeza pública que promova a coleta seletiva.

O transporte público está uma calamidade em nossa cidade. Não permitiremos que coloque em circulação uma frota sucateada como acontece hoje. Ampliaremos as linhas para atender a população e criaremos a Empresa Municipal de Transportes Públicos para regular o setor.

Queremos humanizar a cidade, ampliando a democracia e a participação popular, defendendo a igualdade com a promoção de desenvolvimento solidário que respeite o meio ambiente, a diversidade e a dignidade humana.
