VEREADORES ANALFABETOS APROVAM LEI SEM SABER LER O TEXTO

Alguns vereadores de Bacuri- MA, não param de dar vexame aos cidadãos dessa cidade, primeiro por não cumprirem seus respectivos papéis enquanto agentes públicos que deveriam zelar pelo bom uso do dinheiro público, e segundo, por aprovarem leis sem ao menos saberem ler. Explicamos, foi aprovada a lei que regulamenta o orçamento, contudo, alguns meses depois os vereadores por meio de pressões externas, queriam revogar a lei em benefício de algumas poucas pessoas, tudo porque segundo os nada ilustres legisladores da cidade, não teriam lido o que aprovaram!

Isso mesmo, os vereadores assumiram tal erro, ora, imagina só se encaminha-se uma o projeto de lei cassando os respectivos mandatos deles? É uma vergonha ao povo bacuriense ter como representantes Vereadores que comprovam a cada dia que não tem a mínima condição de representar-los, pessoas que assumem por meio de atos e ações que são completamente analfabetos.

Ao contrário do outro, o analfabeto funcional sabe ler – só não sabe interpretar o texto das leis. Eis aqui o problema de alguns vereadores bacurieses ao se depararem com as críticas de leitores, eleitores, jornalistas, promotores e magistrados – referentes ao aumento de número de cadeiras na Casa legislativa do município.

Muito se fala em quantidade, mas o que está em debate é a qualidade do legislativo municipal. Se na Câmara existissem nove ou doze – pelo menos – parlamentares vigilantes, independentes, que cumprissem seu papel constitucional, não haveria  escândalo no pretendido aumento.

Esta semana, vi uma das sessões (replay) da Câmara. Que tristeza! Um vereador que eu conheci como alguém bastante razoável, com bons argumentos políticos, tornou-se um personagem pobre de idéias e de palavras.  Como se tivesse feito um curso de Deseducação (?!).

A interpretação do texto “escrito” pela chamada opinião pública – ou o que sobrou dela – e “Façam jus ao que ganham e mostrem para que serve o legislativo”. O resto é para encher lingüiça.

ALDERMEN ILLITERATE ADOPT LAW WITHOUT KNOWING READ THE TEXT

Some councilors Bacuri-MA, not stop giving vexation citizens of this city, first for not fulfilling their roles as public officials who should ensure the proper use of public money, and second, by passing laws without even knowing read. Explained, a law was passed regulating the budget, however, a few months after the councilors through external pressures, wanted to repeal the law for the benefit of a few people, all because nothing distinguished according to city legislators would not have read what approved!

That's right, the councilors took such a mistake, well, just imagine if the forwards a bill revoking their mandate them? It's a shame the people have as representatives bacuriense Aldermen proving every day that do not have the slightest condition to represent them, who take through acts and actions that are completely illiterate.

Unlike other, functionally illiterate read - just do not know how to interpret the text of the laws. Here is the problem of some councilors bacurieses when faced with criticism from readers, voters, journalists, prosecutors and magistrates - referring to the increase of number of seats in the House legislative council.

Much is made in quantity, but what is at issue is the quality of the municipal legislature. If the House there were nine or twelve - at least - parliamentary vigilant, independent, who fulfilled its constitutional role, there would be no scandal in the desired increase.

This week, I saw one of the sessions (replay) of the House. How sad! A councilor who I met someone as pretty reasonable, with good political arguments, became a poor character of ideas and words. As if he had taken a course of miseducation (?).

The interpretation of the text "written" by calling public opinion - or what's left of it - and "Do justice to that win and show that serves the legislature." The rest is to fill sausage.
